This guitar features an American alder body, 3 custom alnico single coil pickups, and an aluminum/steel Diego Deluxe tremolo. The V-Caster guitar provides all the clarity and spank with more lower-midrange emphasis. This creates a gloriously thick-sounding machine with none of the annoying brittleness of many single-coil designed guitars. Featuring the elegant headstock and pickguard shape of our entire line, the DVC and the DVCT have an open back showing the classic look of the springs to the bridge.
All Duesenberg guitars come with our Duesenberg DSA10 strings (010-013-017-028-042-050).

The new TRI-TONE pot adds the middle pickup to the signal in right-end position and turns the treble down in left-end position. Turned to center the middle pickup is deactivated.
So position "1" of the US 3-way-switch gives you the bright and twangy bridge pickup sound, in position "2" you have bridge plus neck pickup, and in position "3" just the neck pickup. Turning the TRI-TONE pot to the right adds the middle pickup and gives you all the "hollow mid position" sounds plus all 3 pickups in parallel in middle position of the switch.
